CMM Programmer

The Sr CMM Programmer develops, maintains, and optimizes CMM programs to ensure precise inspection of materials and components in accordance with GD&T, ANSI/ASME, and ISO standards. This role reviews complex blueprints, leads investigations into customer complaints and audit findings, and supports FAI submissions. It partners with engineering and production teams to improve inspection accuracy, applies Lean and Kaizen techniques, and resolves CMM‑related issues to strengthen overall quality performance.
