T HE WORK The metrology lab administrative support role includes financial tracking of calibration and repair services, managing purchases via P ‑ Card, and reconciling monthly P2P transactions. Tracks and reports calibration and repair activities for both internal and external customers Use of Indysoft software to monitor and route calibrated assets.

The role also coordinates service requests by communicating with customers, vendors, and other metrology laboratories. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain accurate records in calibration databases and related systems.

Basic Qualifications

Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of preparing clear documentation, correspondence, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Understanding of quality management principles (ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent) and the importance of traceability and documentation in a calibration lab setting.

Desired Skills -Experience with Indysoft calibration management software. Experience in a technical role Customer service experience in an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory Experience working with a Metrology Calibration Recall database such as Indy. Soft Excellent communication skills - both oral and written Detail oriented Ability to work independently and take direction from Manager and/or section lead Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $50300.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
