Sr. Project Manager

Richard Design Services (RDS) is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in successfully managing and delivering complex projects within the specified timeframes and budgets. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project life cycle, including planning, executing, controlling, and closing, while ensuring effective collaboration with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct extensive risk management analysis and proactively address potential issues and bottlenecks.
• Monitor project progress regularly and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure project compliance with relevant quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project life cycle.
• Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing external vendors and managing contracts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and methodologies.
• Conduct comprehensive project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best project management practices. JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience leading complex projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to navigate conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are highly desirable.
• Experience in managing projects in Refining and Petrochemicals is a plus Work Environment:
