Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of six. After graduating college, I immediately began my career with State Farm and eventually had the opportunity to take over the office. That experience gave me a strong appreciation for team development, customer relationships, and building a long-term career in the industry.

I’m a graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in Financial Management. I have three children and enjoy spending time with family, attending Clemson football games, and being involved in youth sports activities with my kids. I stay active in the community through the Spartanburg County Chamber of Commerce, involvement with my local church, and supporting local businesses whenever possible.

Our agency offers involvement in the Aspirant program, a 401(k), PTO, and professional development opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
