Sr Supervisor Events & Consumer Engagement

As a Sr Supervisor Consumer Engagement Deployment Center , you will lead the execution of consumer engagement initiatives across indirect retail channels, ensuring best-in-class consumer experiences, strong retail activation, and excellence at the point of sale. You will be responsible for managing a team, collaborating with channel partners, and driving operational effectiveness to support business growth and consumer acquisition objectives.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team responsible for consumer engagement deployment and retail execution activities. Ensure consistent implementation of consumer engagement programs across indirect retail channels and partner networks. Drive execution excellence at the point of sale, ensuring compliance with brand standards and activation requirements.

Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to channel performance, consumer engagement, and operational effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other external partners. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully deploy commercial and consumer-focused initiatives.

Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Support channel activation initiatives that enhance consumer experience and strengthen brand presence. Identify operational gaps and implement solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote operational excellence within the team. Who We're Looking For Experience in retail operations, field sales, consumer engagement, channel management, commercial operations, or related areas. Proven people leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams.

Strong understanding of indirect retail environments and customer-facing operations. Experience managing performance through KPIs and data-driven decision making. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic business environment.
