At Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center, our Behavioral Interventionists provide individualized support that helps children develop meaningful life skills. We're looking for dedicated individuals who are excited to make a difference through compassionate, evidence-based care. What Is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)? Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that focuses on understanding behavior and helping individuals develop meaningful skills that improve their everyday lives.

ABA therapy is commonly used to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities by strengthening communication, social interaction, independence, and daily living skills. Through individualized, one-on-one sessions, Behavior Technicians use positive reinforcement, structured teaching, and play-based learning to help children build new skills and navigate everyday challenges.

Treatment is tailored to each child's unique strengths, needs, and developmental goals. At Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center, our team works collaboratively with families and clinical professionals to create a supportive, engaging learning environment where children can build confidence, develop independence, and reach meaningful milestones.

What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support behavior change Collect session data and complete required clinical documentation Collaborate with BCBAs and other clinical team members Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers Participate in ongoing training and team meetings Typical Schedule: Minimum availability of 15 hours per week Monday–Friday afternoon/evening availability Availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM Sessions are typically 2–5 hours Clients are primarily children and adolescents ages 3–17 What We Offer Paid RBT Training Paid Clinical Training Ongoing BCBA Supervision & Mentorship Paid Mileage & Drive Time Cell Phone Allowance Flexible Scheduling Paid Sick Time IRA Retirement Plan Annual Performance Reviews & Merit Increases Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities Supportive Clinical Leadership Who We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience working with children is a plus, but not required Minimum availability of 15 hours per week Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance and registration Willingness to travel up to 25 miles from your home for client sessions Dependable, professional, and organized Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable learning behavior intervention and data collection techniques Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply Apply today to join Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center and make a difference for children and families throughout the Coachella Valley.
