Job description

The Executive Casino Host assists in developing gaming customers, maintains rapport and hosts current players and provides them with special amenities. Develop and strengthen relationships with targeted high-value players through strategic inbound and outbound outreach efforts. Leverage property amenities, promotions, events, and loyalty program benefits to drive engagement, increase visitation, and maximize player value.

Foster long-term guest loyalty through personalized service and proactive communication. Coordinate accommodation, reservations, transportation, and other VIP amenities to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintain a strong presence throughout the resort, promote special events and initiatives, support event attendance and follow-up, and escalate guest feedback as appropriate to ensure timely resolution and continuous service improvement.

Actively recruit new high-value gaming customers through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities. Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional experiences that foster loyalty and repeat visitation. Analyze player activity and identify opportunities to increase trip frequency, casino spend, and overall guest value.

Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools and player tracking systems to monitor account performance and profitability. Provides collection of credit according to established regulatory procedures. Complies with state and local regulatory standards. Actively seek out target players and sign them up for Caesars Rewards.

Informs new prospects about benefits of Caesars Rewards program. Represents the company at external functions and special events. Plans, schedules and arrange visits to Caesars for selected individuals. Represent Caesars Palace professionally at property events, VIP functions, tournaments, and community activities. Ensure all comp decisions and guest transactions are properly documented and approved.

Partner with fellow hosts, casino operations, marketing, hotel operations, and executive leadership to achieve departmental goals. Utilizes the casino computer systems for the purpose of tracking complimentary items to qualified guests based on restricted comping guidelines. Seeking direction from manager to investigate, evaluate and determine the financial stability of potential customers using all reliable sources available.

Collaborate with all support departments to ensure player satisfaction. Communicate all relevant information to co-workers and management to maintain consistency and avoid potential problems. Works with team members to achieve common goals. Minimum 4-6 years of casino host, player development, casino marketing, or hospitality experience within a luxury resort or gaming environment College Degree preferred with emphasis on Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent field preferred.

Proven track record of managing and growing VIP customer relationships. Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting player performance data and profitability metrics. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Exceptional guest service orientation with a passion for hospitality.

Strong sales and relationship management skills. Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Must be literate and fluent in English. Undergoes pre-employment screening and selection process. Meets all relevant regulatory requirements. May be asked to sign a non-compete agreement.

Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License. Have flexibility to travel for Player Development opportunities ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to maneuver in and around the entire casino and hotel area, particularly the gaming pit areas. Must be able to respond calmly in crisis and demanding situations, particularly when situations involve customer or employee conflicts.

Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment. Must be able to converse over the telephone in situations where there is loud and disruptive background noise. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
