Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Assess patients to determine dental needs Develop dental treatment plans Provide dental care and complete treatment plans Educate patients on preventive care, planned care, treatment, and follow-up Make referrals on assessed needs Participate in on-call schedule Provide emergency care as necessary Complete all documentation Adhere to Medical Staff By-Laws, Rules, & Regulations Minimum Qualification Requirements including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc.
