Job description
We're working with a fast growing Tech Company in Orlando, FL to bring a talented Systems/Software Engineer to mentor and Manage the technical team. The offer is Hybrid, remote and in office. Provide technical sales support for BDMs and Account Managers Enforce and execute all change controls Execute service requests assigned via service desk Resolve incidents escalated from the service desk or NOC Perform problem management procedures Maintain standard solutions Ensure all engineers can implement standard solutions Requirements M ust have at least 5yrs experience as a Lead Engineer.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering is REQUIRED. Experience supporting the technical team.
