Grader/Blade Operator

The Grader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of motor graders and related heavy equipment on roadway, highway, and infrastructure construction projects. This position performs rough and fine grading activities, prepares road surfaces, establishes grades and elevations, spreads and mixes materials, and ensures work is completed in accordance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
