Senior Engineer II, CFT Application

As a Senior Engineer II, CFT Application, you will have proven ability to lead in machine buyoffs, implement process improvements, train and supervise teams on new technologies, and foster a strong culture of quality, operational excellence, and continuous learning. Develop / Optimize process parameters for customer application

• Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents
• Improve continually existing operation for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings Handle advance level troubleshooting on machine by recommending solutions
• Perform set-up, calibration and testing of wedge bonder machine in order to meet shipment schedule
• Interpret and analysis test data· Train and supervise staff on new development processes and technology
• Lead successful customer machine buyoff· Identify ways to reduce operation costs through recommendations – i.e. new process equipment, equipment justification to improve performance Establish a training and quality culture
• Troubleshoot process/machine problem affecting application by reporting and recommending solutions. Perform other duties as assigned.
