• Private Duty – Full Time Work Schedule: 36 hours/week
• One 12-hour day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within the state of practice Must have a negative 2-step TB test within the last 12 months of the hire date Current CPR certification Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
