Vice President, Client Operations Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Transfer Agency Service Delivery Manager Client Operations Manager to join our UK Transfer Agency Operations Team. This role is located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Managing day to client interactions and escalations across all aspects of Transfer Agency service Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery, by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance client satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and risk management. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Operational or client service delivery experience preferred.
