Mechanical Engineering Internship

Tasks: Follow safety procedures and work in a manner which controls the risk of injury to themselves and to others To assist with the supply, installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems Safely install new electrical circuits, circuit breakers, isolators, control wires and electrical feeds (under supervision) Safely install refrigeration linesets, drains and insulation (under supervision) Safely use of power tools and hand tools required to install all components required to install, maintain and repair air conditioning systems To be able to complete practical and theoretical requirements for the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems Requirements About You: Present as fit for work, being in a good physical and mental condition so duties may be performed in a safe, efficient and productive manner Demonstrate the highest standards of ethics, integrity and behaviour and contribute to a productive and harmonious environment To work effectively and contribute to a positive team environment Commitment to and capacity for professional development Evidence of enrolment or completion of OH & S Safety (red/white) Card Evidence of excellent academic performance Manual Drivers License Commitment to work 3 days per week for a 12 weeks period
