Job description
Job Purpose/summary This position exists to provide end-to-end daily operational coordination and project support for the MPL product.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for operational excellence across MPL product family and transport modes to meet customer deliverables
- Partner with commercial,growth enablement, QHSE and procurement to aid in the strategic development of the customer.
- Establish and track goals, metrics, and indicators for success for the MPL project.
- Demonstrate adapability for market fluctuations, supply chain disruptions and customer timelines to meet contractual terms.
- Establish and foster data driven relationships with clients focusing on joint strategic vision and initatives aligned to global MPL growth strategies
- Accountable for the internal implementation of the customer solution, ensuring reporting structure, QHSE requirements and continuous improvement loops embedded in organization
- Effective independent judgment in order to set priorities and work independently.
- Drive operational excellence across teams
- Identify and hold operational leadership accountable to customer program deliverables
- Identify value added solutions for the customer and Maersk
- Represent the account(s) during business implementation and execution, including onboarding of new Maersk product portfolio; collaborating with internal project owners accordingly.
- Responsible for identifying and reducing program operating cost Required qualification, experience & skills Bachelor degree or above At least 6years working experience in international logistics Extensive executional experience across all transport modes; ocean/air/rail/truck/barge to include OOG cargo.
