Lending Compliance Specialist

Loan Servicing Compliance Specialist Rio Bank | Loan Administration | Headquarters | Full-Time, Non-Exempt Looking for a role where your attention to detail and loan operations experience can make an impact? Rio Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Compliance Specialist II to join our Loan Administration team. In this role, you’ll help ensure our loan servicing processes are accurate, compliant, and well supported, with responsibilities spanning escrow administration, HMDA reporting, application tracking, flood insurance compliance, and consumer credit disputes.

What You’ll Do Process and review escrow accounts, payments, analyses, notices, and related documentation. Review loans for HMDA applicability and support accurate HMDA reporting. Maintain documentation for denied, withdrawn, and incomplete loan applications. Monitor flood insurance requirements, coverage, notices, and related activity.

Investigate and track consumer credit disputes and manage related e-OSCAR activities. Provide guidance and support to lending staff on loan servicing and compliance processes. Maintain accurate records while protecting confidential customer and bank information.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 2+ years of banking or related financial services experience. 1+ year of loan operations experience. Lending compliance or regulatory experience preferred. Working knowledge of loan documentation and applicable lending regulations. Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through.
