Manager, Process Improvement

Job Description: Provide clear direction and foster a high-performance culture. Coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance. Track and improve processes using Lean and Six Sigma. Monitor KPIs (downtime, maintenance cost, reliability). Lead or participate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and HAZOP studies. Support identification and management of Safety Critical Elements (SCEs).

Manage CAPEX projects (budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation). Job Requirement: Education: degree in a relevant field (e.g., manufacturing, chemical engineering). Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the polysilicon/chemical plant General & special understanding of chemical plant equipment and process. Strong analytical, problem solving, and technical skills.

Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required. Strong safety awareness. Holding a valid Technologist Title under the Malaysian Board of Technologists is an added advantage.
