Scale Up Technician

As a Scale Up Technician, you will support research and development and production activities by operating equipment, maintaining safe work practices, collecting process data, and assisting with quality assurance activities. This entry-level role provides hands-on training in manufacturing processes, equipment operation, safety compliance, and continuous improvement while building foundational technical skills in a fast-paced operational environment.

Working closely with engineers and production teams, you will contribute to trial execution, equipment maintenance, and process optimization efforts while supporting the company's commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
