CCTV Command Center - Samutprakarn (Contract) (SPX Express)

Monitor CCTV systems and security alerts across hubs and warehouses to detect security, safety, and operational irregularities. Identify and escalate suspicious activities, incidents, system abnormalities, and urgent alerts to relevant stakeholders. Maintain 24/7 surveillance monitoring coverage and ensure routine monitoring tasks are completed accurately.

Retrieve video footage and support evidence collection for investigations, incident reviews, and operational requests. Log incidents, maintain CCTV monitoring records, and prepare basic incident reports. Follow up on CCTV maintenance issues, camera downtime, and service requests with relevant technical teams. Support daily CCTV health checks and ensure system issues are promptly reported.

Assist in routine reporting and administrative support for command center operations. Bachelor’s degree in any related field Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail. Welcome fresh grades. If have experience in CCTV monitoring or IT support field at least 2 years will be considered an advantage Ability to review CCTV footage, and operational logs.

Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams. Basic proficiency in G-suit and documentation/report writing.
