Roofing sales is year-round work, and our Springfield branch is looking for driven canvassers to help homeowners get the inspections they need. We proudly hire veterans. What You’ll Do As a canvasser, you’ll knock doors in assigned neighborhoods, start conversations with homeowners, and set up roof inspections. This is an outside, door-to-door role, and self-generating leads is expected.

How You Get Paid This is a 1099 commission-based position. You earn $50.00 for every verified lead. A lead is verified once our sales team confirms it and a project manager gets on the roof and completes an inspection.
