Your Role
as a PTA As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll collaborate closely with physical therapists to deliver high-quality care. From implementing tailored treatment plans to empowering patients through exercises and activities, you’ll ensure every patient feels supported and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in patient evaluations and implement treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist. Support patient progress by guiding therapeutic activities and exercises. Monitor and document patient responses, ensuring safety and comfort. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to promote understanding and continuity of care.
Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential records. Contribute to discharge planning to help patients transition smoothly toward their goals. Stay up to date with professional knowledge through continued learning opportunities.

What We’re Looking For: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an Associate’s degree.
