Practical experience using AI, automation, data or workflow redesign to deliver tangible improvements in efficiency, accuracy or analytical capacity.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence executive-level stakeholders. Experience developing and supporting a high-performing team. A recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent , alongside substantial post-qualification experience in senior FP&A roles.
