#TDSPEC Essential Duties Essential duties will vary with each position! This is an exciting new and growing market for TD, so if you have experience as a Central Utility Plant (CUP) Operator, Building Automation System (BAS) Technician, or a Commerical Facilities Operation Professional, apply today! Duties may include: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot central utility plant equipment, HVAC systems, and building infrastructure.

Monitor and optimize system performance to maximize reliability and efficiency. Support building automation and controls systems, including diagnostics, programming, and system adjustments. Respond to operational issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted facility performance.

Maintain accurate logs, reports, and system documentation. Follow industry-leading safety practices while supporting mission-critical environments. Minimum Requirements Experience with central plants, chilled water systems, boilers, HVAC, or building automation systems. Knowledge of controls platforms, mechanical systems, and facility operations.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team. Experience in airports, healthcare, data centers, higher education, manufacturing, or other complex facilities is a plus.
