$6,700 Relocation Stipend for Qualified Candidates Presbyterian Medical Services (PMS) is seeking a dedicated Clinical Services Supervisor

  • Outpatient Therapy to provide clinical leadership and supervision to outpatient behavioral health teams while helping ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care. In this impactful role, you will support the professional growth of clinicians through supervision, case consultation, and clinical guidance while also collaborating with psychiatrists, medical providers, and community partners to enhance client outcomes.

What You'll Do

Provide clinical supervision and consultation to outpatient therapy staff. Review assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical interventions to support best practices. Conduct clinical case reviews and ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory standards. Support clinician development through coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Provide direct assessments, evaluations, and therapeutic services as needed. Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Participate in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and service evaluation activities. Build partnerships with community organizations and external stakeholders to promote continuity of care.

Provide crisis evaluation support and assist with crisis intervention services when needed.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Current independent New Mexico licensure as an LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LPAT, or other qualifying independent behavioral health license. Current supervisor designation approved by the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board.

Three years post-graduate experience in providing psychological assessments, evaluations and interventions with clients. This experience must include work with adults with serious mental illness, child and family therapy, and work in a community agency providing mental health services. Knowledge of psychotropic medications and integrated behavioral health care.

Strong leadership, communication, clinical assessment, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous supervisory or clinical leadership experience. Experience working with adults with serious mental illness and children and families. Experience in community behavioral health, integrated care, or outpatient therapy settings. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Navajo skills. Experience with program development, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical training.
