BridgePrep Academy and SMART Management are seeking a meticulous, customer-focused School Registrar & Enrollment Coordinator to launch our new Royal Palm Beach campus.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Enrollment & Records: Process enrollments, transfers, and withdrawals within 24–48 hours; maintain compliant, up-to-date student files.

FTE & Compliance: Maintain audit-ready records and ensure 100% compliance with district/state reporting standards alongside the Dean of Operations. Family Service: Primary front-office contact for registration, delivering a warm, helpful experience for parents. Data Operations: Manage SIS databases (attendance, schedules, demographics) following strict FERPA guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED. Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills. Level 2 Florida background screening clearance.
