Summary/Objective: The On-Call Shuttle Services Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers between Tributary and the Airports

• Jackson Hole and Idaho Falls. You will provide a positive, courteous experience for members and guests and ensure timely and smooth transportation services. A successful candidate will focus on safety, customer service, and punctuality. Operate company vehicles safely and reliably, including but not limited to 4x4 Sprinter van and Ford Expedition–style SUV. Transport members and guests to and from Tributary and local airports at pre arranged scheduled times or bookings. Confirm and log passenger names. Load and offload member and their guests' luggage and gear. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. Adhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practices. Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles (interior and exterior). Refuel company vehicles as needed. Follow designated schedules to ensure on-time pick-ups and drop-offs. Perform minor vehicle maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure, fluid levels). Complete administrative tasks such as logging vehicle maintenance, fuel receipts, or passenger feedback. Promptly report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs. Communicate all passenger feedback to the department head. Marginal Provide support to other departments as needed. Assist with additional transportation tasks, including but not limited to supporting members, guests, and overall club operations. Work Environment This position is mostly in a vehicle with time outside during winter and summer and will be subject to weather conditions and other hazards found outside. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but not limited to, slipping, tripping, falls, cuts, sun exposure, and other injury related hazards. Also, all hazards that can be found driving in winter conditions exist. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. The shift is intended to be approximately 4-10 hours depending on frequency of airport shuttles with in a day. Flexibly at the end of the shift will be required to allow for delays and extended driving times. As an on-call role, this position will be scheduled randomly in relation to direct bookings for airport service. Travel There may be light travel to Jackson Hole or Idaho Falls for local shuttling and other services related to passenger delivery or pick-up to support shopping, delivery or pick up of other items while also transferring members and guests Required Education and Experience Valid and active driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last three years DOT Medical Certification – This will be scheduled and paid for by Tributary once hired Teton Pass Safe Driver Certification
• This will be scheduled upon hire. Prior experience in a customer-centric customer-facing position Preferred Education and Experience Previous experience and or comfort driving a Class B vehicle (passenger vann) First aid and CPR Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must be able to speak fluent English Must be able to represent themselves in a positive and professional manner that will promote the club features and activities. Must demonstrate and be interested in creating and maintaining relationships. Work Authorization Must have valid work authorization to work in the United States for I-9 form purposes.
