Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals. Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking. Identify product enhancement opportunities and manage new product development initiatives. Lead product lifecycle activities from concept development through launch and post-launch management.

Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and business requirements. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams. Monitor product performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Support pricing strategies, portfolio planning, and business growth initiatives. Present product recommendations and updates to key stakeholders.

Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, or Engineering domains preferred.
