Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant Limerick | Full Time | Permanent Role Overview We are currently recruiting an experienced Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant on behalf of our client, a leading luxury retailer, for their Limerick store. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for fine jewellery who can bring that expertise to life for discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement Deliver an exceptional, personalised shopping experience for luxury clients. Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term loyalty. Drive sales and meet individual and store performance targets. Counter & Display Management Maintain a visually appealing, meticulously presented jewellery counter.

Ensure all luxury goods are displayed to the highest standard, reflecting a luxury positioning. Administrative Duties Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels for watch collections. Handle customer orders, special requests, and follow-ups, including servicing and repairs.

Requirements

Experience Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches, heirlooms or a related luxury category. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong product knowledge of luxury jewellery (or a demonstrated ability to develop this quickly).

Exceptional attention to detail when showcasing and handling high-value items. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently. Attributes Professional appearance and demeanour. Adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.
