What You’ll Do As a Janitorial Supervisor on our team in Greensboro, you lead daily cleaning operations to keep our client's facility safe, pristine, and running smoothly !

Your daily responsibilities as a Cleaning Supervisor will include: Directly supervising general cleaners, assigning daily work zones, schedules, and project tasks . Training new team members on cleaning procedures, chemical safety, equipment use, and PPE . Inspecting completed work regularly, maintaining check-logs, and enforcing safety compliance .

Serving as a hands-on Janitorial Team Lead by managing inventory, participating in the on-call rotation for night/weekend needs, and stepping in to clean when needed . What You Bring To The Team At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in janitorial or commercial facility operations . Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends as needed .

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout your shift . Reliable work ethic, strong organization, and professional communication skills .
