This position performs regular custodial tasks including general cleaning, preventative maintenance, facility support and minor exterior upkeep.

Essential Duties

Performs regular cleaning duties for all areas of the interior facility. Including general office, bathrooms, conference rooms, individual offices, and production warehouse areas. Performs maintenance and cleaning of exterior building and property, including walkways, parking lot, exterior walls and windows. Restock general use items such as soap, paper products, etc.

Ensures all trash and recycling is collected and placed in appropriate areas. Assist with the setting up and tearing down of equipment for events or meetings. Performs minor repairs as needed within scope general custodial work. Clean and maintain small or large appliances such as coffee makers, dishwashers etc. Follow all safety procedures and policies without exception.

Other duties as assigned.

Previous custodial experience is preferred.
