General Accountant

Job Summary

The General Accountant will be responsible for processing and managing all financial data and transactions according to the company financial procedures. He/she will be based in Nozha, Cairo.

Responsibilities

Generating and handling invoices Track the timely collection of payments and follow up on overdue invoices Update billing systems, resolving any discrepancies Manage all financial transactions (payable/receivable) related to the assigned branch according to financial procedures Monitoring customer accounts and linking them with invoices Handling receivables from other dealers/distributors Generating monthly accounts status and reports Carry out periodical inventory inspection to ensure correct and accurate balance Calculating collections performance, and customer aging reports Assist in end-of-month and year-closing tasks Requirements Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting Previous 3-5 years of experience in an accounting position Very good knowledge in Excel Good oral and written communication skills
