Our hygienists play an important role in helping patients understand their periodontal health, stay ahead of disease, and connect their oral health with their overall well-being. You'll work closely with an experienced clinical team in a practice built around compassionate, patient-centered care.

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care Complete periodontal assessments and charting Perform prophylaxis and scaling and root planing as appropriate Take diagnostic dental x-rays Educate patients about periodontal health, prevention, and home care Have meaningful oral-systemic health conversations Build long-term patient relationships Use modern technology, including DentalAI, to support patient education Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient Who We're Looking For Active Washington Dental Hygienist license, or eligibility for licensure CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical hygiene skills Excellent patient communication Team-oriented and dependable Commitment to thorough, high-quality care Comfortable learning and using modern dental technology Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar software is helpful New graduates are welcome.
