Front of House Team Leader Kingston FWC | Customer Service | Permanent | Full time | Up to £29,473.60 per annum, depending on skills and experience Excellent company benefits 40 hours per week Making a great first impression is really important to us at Nuffield Health. We are looking for the right person to join us at our Kingston Fitness & Wellbeing club, in a leadership capacity to help greet our members and visitors to the club.

It is key for us that you have both the confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer service, to a variety of members. As a Front of House Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a front of house team, delivering and ensuring professional customer service levels, whilst maintaining operational standards.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of our reception team and meeting member expectations. Role & Responsibilities: Management and leadership of the reception team. On-going review of the Reception team and leading development including PDR’s and task assignments. Ensuring delivery of Nuffield Health Service standards to members, guests and prospective members at all times.

Dealing with member complaints and queries in a prompt manner to ensure positive resolutions. Ensuring smooth running of all membership administration processes. Ensuring the brand standards of Nuffield Health are maintained consistently. 2 duty manager shifts per week. Ensuring the brand standards of Nuffield Health are maintained consistently.

Our ideal candidate will have the following credentials: Have a proven operational background within the leisure or hospitality industry, or another equally operationally challenging sector. Be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills, collaborative spirit as well as a ‘can do’ attitude. Have the ability to get to grips with our business quickly.

Have a keen eye for detail. Be PC / computer literate. Be a capable swimmer so you can cover lifeguard breaks (training provided) Helping you feel good.
