Join the Creative Dining – Auto Owners Culinary Team as a Full-Time General Food Service Worker! Location: Auto Owners Insurance, Lansing Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm. NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!! Do you love bringing people together with great experiences? Creative Dining Services on-site at Auto Owners Insurance is looking for friendly and customer-focused General Food Service Workers to help create a welcoming dining experience for our staff and guests.

If you enjoy engaging with guests, providing excellent service, and being part of a high-energy team—this is the role for you. What You’ll Do: Set up food service areas, equipment, and utensils according to daily needs and guidelines. Prepare and assist with a variety of food items, including hot and cold dishes, salads, sandwiches, and simple baked goods.

Maintain food safety standards, including monitoring temperatures and proper handling. Restock food, beverages, utensils, and service items as needed. Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and dining spaces. Perform cashiering duties as assigned.
