Assistant Retail Store Manager LOCATION: Broadway EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time/Non-Exempt/Regular HOURLY WAGE $14.00 Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. is seeking full-time Assistant Retail Store Manager. Ideal candidates will be energetic, flexible, have excellent customer service skills, reliable transportation and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Summary: Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail facility. Supervises staff and community service workers, etc. in the absence of the Store Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support daily store operations and team leadership (6 months – 1 year experience)

• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Help drive sales, merchandising, and donation processing
• Train, motivate, and inspire team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment
