Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Agent Location: Marriott Anchorage Downtown Job Description: The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, checking them in and out of the hotel, answering phone calls and emails, and assisting with any guest requests or concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities
