Our client is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their People & Organisation Service Centre.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for associates, managers, and HR partners, providing high-quality support through tickets, phone, and chat while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Be Doing Respond to customer enquiries through tickets, phone, and chat in line with service standards.
Support associates across multiple countries with HR-related queries. Resolve issues using internal systems, knowledge bases, and documented processes. Guide users on tools, policies, and self-service options to deliver first-contact resolution whenever possible. Handle challenging situations professionally, demonstrating empathy and excellent communication skills.
Manage your workload to achieve SLA, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets. Work closely with colleagues and specialist teams to resolve more complex cases. Keep customers informed by providing timely updates on open requests. Maintain accurate case documentation and system records. Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Ensure all customer information is handled in accordance with GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Business, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support, Contact Centre, or Shared Services environment. Experience working with ticketing systems. Experience supporting customers via phone and/or chat is an advantage.
Comfortable using multiple systems, including CRM platforms and internal databases. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures accurately. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
A professional approach to handling confidential information. Fluency in both Polish and English (minimum C1 level).
