Lead Preschool Teacher – 3-Year-Old Classroom

Conyers, GA Full-Time | Monday–Friday We are seeking a dependable and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to lead a 3-year-old classroom . The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and can create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a classroom of 3-year-old children. Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom. Communicate professionally with families and center staff. Follow all center policies, licensing, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

CDA, TCC, Associate's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred. Previous childcare or early childhood education experience preferred. Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain. Must successfully complete all required background checks. Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
