Oracle HCM Lead Consultancy

This is a remote position. Location: Remote Engagement Type: Project-based Assignment; B2B Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension Timezone: CET ± 3 hours One of our clients is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Implementation Lead / Manager to lead Oracle HCM transformation and implementation initiatives, working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and transformation projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on Oracle HCM strategy, transformation and implementation.
• Lead client workshops and executive-level discussions to understand business objectives and align Oracle HCM solutions with broader HR and business strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams across functional, technical and business workstreams, ensuring successful delivery of Oracle HCM programmes.
• Own project scope, deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide strategic and functional leadership across Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll and Analytics, depending on project requirements.
• Lead solution design and ensure Oracle HCM solutions are scalable, integrated and aligned with business requirements.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle HCM and payroll, finance and other enterprise systems.
• Oversee data migration, security, testing and compliance activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Lead business process transformation and identify opportunities to improve HR operations, workforce management and user experience.
• Support organizational change management, training and user adoption to ensure successful transition to new Oracle HCM solutions.
• Lead the resolution of complex functional and delivery issues, proactively identifying risks and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Review and ensure the quality of solution designs, project documentation and key implementation deliverables.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Oracle HCM consultants and other project team members.
• Contribute to the development of Oracle HCM best practices, delivery methodologies and reusable solutions.
• Support the identification of new opportunities and contribute to solution scoping, proposals and client presentations where required.

Requirements

Ideal Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM consulting, implementation and transformation.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, HR, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Strong experience working with senior business and HR stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, with experience across several modules such as Core HR, Talent, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll and Analytics.
• Experience leading solution design, implementation and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM technical architecture, integrations and enterprise environments.
• Experience overseeing data migration, security, testing, compliance and system integrations.
• Strong project and program management capabilities, including experience managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Proven experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with business process transformation and organizational change management.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior and mid-level consultants.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex business and technical challenges.
• Oracle HCM certification is an advantage.
