This role The Senior Retail Marketing Manager in Colombia will be responsible for driving Pay. Joy’s growth at the point of sale across our retail partner network in Colombia. This role owns the in-store marketing strategy and its execution, including consumer journey, visibility, trade activations and partner co-marketing, to increase customer acquisition and sell-out efficiency.

Leading a small team and working closely with Sales, Partnerships, Risk and Regional Marketing, the role turns regional strategy into local results while keeping strict control of budget, compliance and brand standards.
