What You'll Do
You'll work alongside our Staff Occupational Therapist to deliver hands-on, meaningful care to residents — not just running through a checklist, but genuinely helping people regain independence. Provide direct resident treatment under the guidance of the OT Build real relationships with residents, families, and the care team — you'll be the one communicating progress, goals, and discharge planning Educate residents and families on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and fall prevention Recommend and help order equipment that gives residents back their independence — splints, assistive devices, grab bars, and more Help train Aides and provide in-services to fellow staff — your expertise shapes the whole team Take part in Resident Care conferences and contribute to program development and quality initiatives What You Bring Associate degree from an accredited COTA program Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, in good standing Comfort with documentation systems (Net Health, Point.
