Standard Job Description You will be the Financial Management Sr for the Financial Management team. Our team is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting, and compliance. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Management Sr you will be responsible for performing multiple financial activities across finance functions, establishing performance‑management budgeting and forecasting, integrating data from various systems, and delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and risk‑opportunity assessments. Consolidate financial results (orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC, overhead, discretionary funding) for monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reporting. Develop forward‑looking data analytics, visualizations, and trend analyses to inform strategy.
Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP policies, procedures, and controls. Provide subject‑matter expertise for proposal development, basis of estimate, and negotiations. - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance Basic Qualifications Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline from an accredited college. Ability to obtain a Security Clearance. Desired Skills Interest in production environments. Knowledge of general production and quality processes. Exposure to cost management and estimating in a production environment. Industrial Engineering exposure. Experience organizing large data sets using pivot tables Experience creating and using visual dashboard tools
- (ie Tableau) Excellent PC and communication skills. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
