Aeration Technician

• Aeration to join our growing team of outdoor enthusiasts working together to provide essential top-tier surface water management solutions across the US. We provide lake and pond management services, wetland restoration, and stormwater solutions to private homeowners, lake associations, golf courses, governmental entities, and many more.

• Aeration is responsible for the daily operation of the aeration shop, diagnosis and repair of units brought to the shop by staff or clients, coordination with inside sales staff for repair/replacement quotes, fountain winterization testing and maintenance, coordination with branch manager for field service calls, shop inventory and re-supply, training service technicians, and maintaining accurate asset records within the TIGRIS software platform.

Requirements

Attend training hosted by the various fountain & aeration manufacturers Install and maintain fountains and aeration systems Perform field diagnosis and repair of fountains Conduct maintenance of fountains in accordance with their winterization contracts Operate boats and service vans in various outdoor environments Communicate effectively with clients and staff to deliver excellent customer service Maintain accurate records of repair work/service performed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Strong work ethic with a passion for working outdoors Working knowledge of electric motors Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to lift 50 lbs.
