Facility Maintenance Manager

The Facility Maintenance Manager at TI Asset Management is responsible for the oversight and execution of all maintenance and asset management functions within assigned apartment communities. This role ensures the physical integrity, safety, and appearance of the property, while delivering prompt, high-quality service to residents and supporting the community-focused mission of TI Asset Management. The Manager will also perform additional tasks as assigned by their direct supervisor or Regional Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a maintenance team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage daily maintenance operations, work orders, and preventive care.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances).
• Complete work orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Ensure the community is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Deliver excellent service with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Participate in on-call rotation to keep things running smoothly 24/7.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician preferred
• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience.
• EPA or HVAC certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Great communication and customer service attitude.
• A team player who's ready to roll up their sleeves.
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle
