Responsible for coordinating and supporting a broad range of administrative, operational, scheduling, and workforce management functions to ensure the effective delivery of patient care services and efficient practice operations. Serves as a key liaison between anesthetists, physicians, leadership, human resources, compliance, billing, and operational stakeholders to facilitate communication, problem-solving, and operational excellence.

Provides administrative oversight for anesthetist onboarding and offboarding activities, scheduling administration, compensation processes, operational reporting, and workforce planning. Supports service line leadership through project coordination, meeting facilitation, schedule management, data analysis, and operational support.

Assists with hum resource-related processes, policy guidance, and employee support while fostering a collaborative, service-oriented environment focused on quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. Works closely with anesthetists, practice leadership, finance, human resources, compliance, billing, and other departments to ensure organizational activities are achieved, staffing needs are met, operational processes are maintained, and resources are effectively aligned to support patient care and business goals.

This is a hybrid role onsite 2 days per week. Previous leadership experience is preferred. Key Areas of Responsibility Anesthetist onboarding, offboarding, and orientation coordination Workforce scheduling administration, including call and vacation selection processes Qgenda system administration and schedule management Anesthetist compensation administration and compensation calculation support Human resources coordination, including FMLA, benefits, and employee support functions Service line leadership support and project coordination Operational reporting, Power BI analytics and workforce data management Compliance, billing, and regulatory liaison activities Medical directorship tracking and reporting Student rotation scheduling and educational support coordination Office operations, resource coordination and administration support Stakeholder communication and collaboration across clinical and operational teams Key Relationships Reports to : Service Line Administrator Direct Reports: 11 Key Relationships : Physicians, Anesthetists, SLA, Scheduling Manager, Practice Operations Specialist, Finance, Physician Compensation, Facility Scheduling Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

Requires 5-7 years of experience in a related field. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required. Requires knowledge of Third party payer regulations. Prefer a Master's degree in Health Care Administration or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or health care related field with a minimum of 2 years of concurrent management experience within an ambulatory/physician practice setting.

At least three years of prior experience in a business office and clinical setting with management experience is preferred.
