Job description
I&E Technician Powering safe, reliable operations through precision and expertise. 9/80 schedule, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; working Fridays, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with every other Friday off. This role supports a 24/7 operation and requires availability for call-outs as needed. Schedule subject to change. How You Will Create Value Execute day-to-day maintenance work orders supporting surface facility operations.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components and systems, including drive and control systems, conduit and wiring, pneumatic and electronic instrumentation, and motors. Assist with maintaining PLC/DCS hardware and installing switches. Complete pre-shift inspections and preventive maintenance to help ensure equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently; report safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
Perform analysis, detailed documentation, installation, checkout, debugging, and cost control for assigned projects. Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
to Be Successful in the Role High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. At least three years of electrical experience with demonstrated troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, and equipment manuals. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and related Microsoft Office applications.
Associate degree in electronics or instrumentation preferred, with at least three years of applicable experience. Why Work for Us? We impact lives for the better!
