Air Export Customer Service Officer

Job Scope

• Attend to customers’ inquiry
• Prepare and process Air Export booking request
• Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premise
• Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
• Mange customers’ expectations and complaints
• Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
• Verify invoices from vendor
• Prepare customers’ report Requirement
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to manage assigned responsibilities independently and deliver work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to perform job-related duties.
• Able to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be at advantage
• Candidates with direct working experience may be considered for senior positions, while candidates without prior experience are also encouraged to apply. Working hours: 5 days work week ( Mon to Fri or Tue to Sat ) 8.30pm to 6pm
