New Business Manager - SRC Technologies Group

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys prospecting, opening doors, and building lasting customer relationships. As our New Business Manager, you'll play a key role in executing our growth strategy by identifying new opportunities and converting prospects into long-term customers.

What You'll Do

Prospect and develop new customer relationships within targeted industries. Research target accounts and identify decision-makers. Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs and challenges. Qualify sales opportunities and guide prospects through the sales process. Develop value-based proposals in collaboration with internal teams.

Coordinate quotations and support contract negotiations. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry associations. Help ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience after the sale. Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Product Strategy to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
