26027- RWQ- Call Center (Internship)

Position: Call Center Intern Duration: 3 months Location: Oman Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Intern to support our customer service team in handling customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer communication, call handling, and daily call center operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide service-related information. Assist customers with questions related to our services and application. Record customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints accurately in the system. Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.

Follow up on pending customer requests to ensure timely resolution. Maintain a professional and friendly communication style. Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and service quality targets. Perform other customer service-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a diploma or bachelor’s degree program. Good verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain patient and professional when dealing with customers. Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a team.
