Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant DON to manage daily nursing operations Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care Address staff concerns and escalate appropriately Oversee staffing and scheduling to optimize coverage and minimize agency reliance Lead staff evaluations, provide coaching, and handle performance management Foster a positive, team-oriented, and collaborative work culture Contribute to quality assurance initiatives, budget planning, and internal committees Ensure accurate MDS documentation and coordinate discharge planning with families Provide individualized, compassionate care to residents and their loved ones Qualifications: Active RN license in the State of New Jersey Minimum 2 years of SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience Strong leadership and supervisory skills Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities Benefits: 401(k) retirement savings plan Generous PTO and paid holidays Comprehensive medical & dental insurance Employee recognition programs & company perks Supportive, team-focused environment where your contributions are valued Join Our Team Today!
